Ski season kicks off in Verbier… We have you covered!

Rain got you down? Swap it for snow and high spirits in the mountains! Verbier’s ski season is here, and guess what? You’re invited to join the fun on the slopes.

The team at No1 Sports has even put together a list of top tips and must-do activities to ensure you have the best time possible!

Verbier ski season

1) Ski by day, groove by night

This weekend (Nov 17-18) and next (Nov 24-25), shake off your worries at the Polaris Festival. Picture this: top DJs spinning tracks at over 1600 meters for an epic electronic bash. The lineup’s stellar – think Marc Rebillet, Carl Craig, Hunee, Gerd Janson, and Laurent Garnier. More info here:

2) Hidden Gem

If you’re a bit past your rave days and a night of non-stop electronic beats doesn’t quite appeal, try a more relaxing evening at the Rabbit Hutch. This speakeasy comes highly recommended by the No 1 Sports team for their top-notch cocktails – arguably the best in Verbier!

3) Bargain Alert!

On November 17-19, the Verbier merchants’ flea market is the place to score deals on gear and clothing. Stalls will be set up outside the stores, and the first few customers to make a purchase over 150 CHF will receive a 20 CHF gift voucher. Get ready for some amazing deals and killer looks!

4) From December, Verbier’s slopes are open daily.

Kick off the season on December 9th at the Opening Session! Dress up as Santa or Mrs. Claus, and enjoy a ski day for just 5 CHF. There’s more: a 2 PM Happy Hour at Attelas (DJ set included), followed by après-ski festivities (think free hot cocktails and raclette) at Médran Café from 4:30 PM to 7 PM.
